Client Responsibilities:
- All rentals require a non-refundable 50% deposit and a $500.00 refundable security deposit at the time of booking. Dates are not guaranteed until the deposits and signed contract have been received.
- All events are required to have security guards at a minimum ratio of one per one hundred guests. The cost is $40/hr for each security guard.
- The client is required to carry event liability insurance and must provide proof of insurance at least two months before the rental date. $1 million is the minimum coverage requirement.
- The client is responsible for all linens, plates, utensils, decorations, and any tables and chairs outside of Cornerstone’s inventory.
- Clients are required to return the building—including all floors and trash areas—to the same condition as received. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the security deposit
*If you need space on a Saturday or Sunday to accommodate an intimate gathering of 125 guests or fewer, please inquire about our 1350 N. Cody Road location.
